TERMS AND CONDITIONS
HOUSEKEEPING
The main condition of acceptance of any booking is that the Client takes reasonable and proper care of the property and its contents. The contents must be left in the same clean and tidy condition at the end of the holiday as at the beginning, with all the washing-up completed.
Whilst you may not be charged for minor items, the client is responsible for all damages and breakages and their cost shall be payable on demand.
The apartments will usually be available for occupation by 4pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
If you are bringing a pet with you please either arrange to bring a bed or ask for a blanket to be made available, as pets are not allowed on the furniture.
Pets must not be left alone in the apartments.
The apartments are no smoking and any costs associated with smoking in the apartments will be passed on.
LIABILITY
The proprietors do not accept any liability for any personal injury sustained by any Client or visitor to the property or for loss of or damage to any personal property brought into the property howsoever caused.
The Client must use the property solely for the purpose of a private holiday residence for a maximum number of people as specified in the literature.
The Proprietors reserve the right to cancel accommodation at any time if in their opinion any party causes nuisance or disturbance to others. In such circumstances no reimbursement will be made.
The proprietors shall permit the Client to hold and enjoy the property during the letting without any interruption or disturbance from or by the proprietors except in the case of an emergency.
GDPR
To comply with these regulations, we confirm that we will only use your data in relation to this booking. We will store the data for an appropriate length of time and will not pass your data to a third person except for those companies connected with the booking process.
CANCELLATION
The full cost of the booking is due FOUR weeks before your holiday.
If advised of cancellation before the balance is paid then the balance will not be due but the deposit will be forfeit.
We are very happy to try to re-schedule the holiday; then any monies paid, except for an admin fee (up to 50% of the deposit) can go towards the new booking. Any difference in holiday price for the new booking will be due four weeks before the holiday.
If advised of cancellation after the balance is paid and the holiday cannot be re-scheduled, then the whole amount is forfeit and you would need to claim on holiday insurance.
We recommend that holiday insurance is taken out when booking.
NON-AVAILABILITY
In the unlikely event that the property becomes unavailable following confirmation of the booking or changes are necessary to the booking for reasons outside the control of the proprietors, then we undertake to notify the client as soon as reasonably practicable. We reserve the right to arrange alternative accommodation of a similar type and standard in a similar location for the period of the booking and to transfer the booking accordingly, with appropriate financial adjustment. If it is not possible to arrange suitable alternative accommodation or if the client does not wish to transfer the booking, we have the right to cancel the booking and offer a refund to the guest. In such circumstances the proprietors shall have no further obligation or liability for non-availability, changes or cancellations.
